This quiet neighbourhood has been gaining traction over the years for its lush waterfront location, an impressive array of family-friendly activities, and accessibility (it has its own Go Transit station and Lake Shore Boulevard runs right through the area).
South of Lake Shore was the more desired pocket to live because of the wider lots and proximity to the lake but over the past few years significant infill projects including, executive townhomes & stacked townhomes have livened up the areas on the north side of Lake Shore.
