Pauls Coffee is a new independent third wave coffee shop in Humberbay Shores. Tucked at the bottom of a condo building, this neighbourhood gem is a much needed addition for coffee affficiandos. Serving locally roasted beans from Junction favourite Ethica Coffee Roasters. A small selection of pastries are available at this takeout only spot. Visit Elsa and enjoy a proper espresso based beverage! You won’t be disappointed.

Terminal 3

Terminal 3 has a very unique concept for their café. They connect people with countries the same way airports do just using coffee beans from around the world in place of international flights. They carry beans from nearly every continent including North and South America, Asia and Africa. The roasting is all done in-house, right in view of the customers. Their signature is the fresh beans they offer for homebrew. These come with an info stub similar to a luggage tag. On the tag you will find the origin of the bean, roast date and some of the flavour notes to be expected. Special instruction are included on how to brew this blend.

Welcome to Australia in Mimico! This coffee shop certainly transports you to the warmth of Sydney in summer. The space is minimalist, super bright and airy, with a great staff with sunny dispositions. They bring a taste of Australian culture through their coffee and espresso style, Aussie baked goods, and merchandise like vegemite.  Some of their Australian specialties are Lamingtons, Anzac cookies, Hummingbirds and Fairy bread all baked from scratch!  The Fairy Bread is a must try!

Birds + Beans has become a huge staple in Mimico, family owned and run. It has been a beloved neighborhood coffee spot in Mimico for over fifteen years.  Known for their Fair Trade Coffee blends, their delicious breakfast cookies made from scratch each morning. The warm and kind staff truly makes this coffee experience a fine one!

Big Guys

A little hidden gem, with a laid back chilled atmosphere. Community driven, where locals come in and out for a chat and a coffee. This shop is attached to a boutique apothecary where you can also sit and enjoy your beverage, or browse the goodies. The Americano is our favourite choice with and extra shot of espresso, just $3. All of their coffee is Organic and Fair Trade.

Fairgrounds

Fair Grounds has a wide range of coffee and tea option with lots of baked treats that are prepared fresh on site. A must have are the grilled cheese sandwiches that they make with their freshly baked breads. All Fair Grounds products are organically grown without any synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides.

Black Goat

This cute little coffee is located just a short walk west of the Humber College Lakeshore campus.  Black goat offers all the regular coffee drinks but in addition has specialty drinks like Vietnamese cafe sua da and Hong Kong milk tea. None of the eats available here are outsourced, so all the treats are baked in house, from cookies, muffins and squares to scones and croissants. Salads and sandwiches are also made on the premises.  The owner wants to keep all her items affordable and aims to cater towards students on a budget, so none of the menu items are priced over $6. What a treat!

Sanremo Bakery

Sanremo is your one stop shop for all our food needs for feeding your family for the night. Sanremo Bakery has been operating out of its home on Royal York Road for more than 40 years. They have an assortment of freshly baked breads and pastries as well as gelato, groceries, an Italian hot table and espresso bar. They are well known for their in house donuts, but if you want these delicious treats be sure to get there early or they will be sold out!
