Before real estate, Adrian Coimbra helped manage the family construction business. Becoming a REALTOR® was a natural fit when his parents retired.
Adrian works with both condos and houses, but he has recently seen the progression of clients upgrading to houses. His experience with renovations and knowledge of GTA neighbourhoods helps clients find the right opportunities and investments. He also advises clients with design, source trades, and locating the best espresso or burger.
In his time off Adrian is wrestling with his two boys, eating noodles, or walking the family dog Sully.
Andrea Turpin
Andrea Turpin worked in the corporate world for a number of large consulting firms before entering real estate. She gets a thrill out of helping her clients and friends make the most important investment decision they’ve ever made.
In her spare time, Andrea is cuddling her boys, shopping, drinking coffee, or chatting/texting away with friends and family.
His strongest qualities are his real estate knowledge, communication skills, accommodation for showings, and non-pressure approach. We looked at various places together and never felt pressured.
