Community
A family-friendly quiet neighbourhood is what Alderwood is at the heart of its community. Many families in Toronto searching for somewhere safe and welcoming to call home flock to neighbourhoods such as Alderwood.
Beautiful Etobicoke Homes
Alderwood is known for its single-family detached homes, a lot of which were built at the end of World War II. The beauty of a lot of these historic homes is that they all have a story to tell. These are mostly owner-occupied and predominantly older, more affordable homes compared to what can be found elsewhere. Some of these properties have understandably been updated and renovated since they were first built. They have endless potential.
Purely Residential By Design
A lot of neighbourhoods will boast about how trendy they are with bars, restaurants, and boutiques all over. Alderwood is not that. Alderwood is an area all about family. Mature trees, cute homes, and quiet streets are what you’ll find here. This is what has brought so many residents here and why many families continue to remain in Alderwood. Raise your kids in a safe, peaceful neighbourhood.
