Nevis is one of the best waterfront Mimico condos, located right on Palace Pier Court off Lake Shore Boulevard West. There are 159 units spread across two mid-rise buildings – one 15 storeys high and the other six storeys. Depending on what a buyer may be looking for, units range in size from small one-bedrooms in the 500-600 sq. ft. range. Then, there are more expansive, lavish units sized as large as 1,700 sq. ft. and with their own private terraces. Built in 2018 by Minto Developments, the small low rise townhouse complex is a popular Long Branch location. Offering a variety of 1 to 3 bedroom units. The majority of the suites are multi level with a rooftop balcony. Various ones are lower level units. Also offered for families are 3 bedroom units on multiple floors. A strong community culture has been established here as turnover is low. Underground parking is available.
The Watermark
Watermark is set within the community of Long Branch and is conveniently located near parklands, boutiques and main street shopping, major transit including the GO train and TTC. Its exterior combines antique red brick, limestone accents, large cornice mouldings and decorative metal details.
The most distinct feature is the clock tower which monuments the historical street corner. Large scale windows provide gorgeous views of Lake Ontario south of the building.
